Both guided expeditions listed on this site, the Peaks of the Balkans Highlights Trek and the Theth Valley Cultural & Natural Immersion, are booked by direct enquiry rather than an automated checkout. Here is what that means in practice.
How to book
Send us your dates and group size through the contact form, by WhatsApp at +355 69 778 9000, or by email at [email protected]. A member of the team confirms availability with the guide and guesthouses involved, then replies with the details for your specific trip.
Payment
We do not take payment through this website. Deposit and balance payment are agreed directly with you in writing, by email or WhatsApp, once your dates are confirmed. If any part of this isn't clear before you pay, ask us before sending anything.
What we need from you
Number of travelers, preferred dates, and anything relevant to your safety or comfort on the trail: fitness level, any medical conditions a guide should know about, and dietary requirements for the guesthouse stays.
Confirmation
Your spot is confirmed once we've agreed dates, price, and deposit terms in writing. Until then, availability isn't guaranteed, since guides, drivers, and guesthouse rooms in Theth and Valbona are limited and shared across other bookings.
